Description:

The River streams through the desert to the lake, cutting through mountains and cliffs and flattening out to a swamp at the lakes edge. The only source of significant water and trees in the area. With rumours of wealth to be made with oil and minerals under the sands. Will you build a city in such a desolate place? Its road networks being small, rail far away and very little water access for ships.

Its inspired and design to have that American Desert-esk feel to it.
Will also require the Mass Transit DLC.
