Description:

This is a futuristic-looking modular highrise with no particular inspiration in 6 different versions. Variations include a front yard, side entrance and a penthouse on top, as well as slight colour variations. The stats are as follows:

I recommend subscribing to the Loading Screen Mod , as all Hi-Rise 2 assets share their textures and will cut the filesize for the entire collection down to roughly 45mb.
