This is a futuristic-looking modular highrise with no particular inspiration in 2 different versions, with or without front yard, and featuring slight colour variations. The stats are as follows:

I recommend subscribing to the Loading Screen Mod , as all Hi-Rise 2 assets share their textures and will cut the filesize for the entire collection down to roughly 45mb.
