Description:

This is a retro-futuristic looking modular highrise with no particular inspiration. The building is in a run-down state. The stats are as follows:

I recommend subscribing to the Loading Screen Mod , as the Hi-Rise 3 assets share their textures between clean and rusted versions and will cut the filesize for the entire collection down to roughly 80mb.
