Description:

• No tourism, no entertainment value
  (unfortunately the vanilla parking lots attract tourists and provide entertainment)
• Standardized spacing between the parking rows (24 ft / 7.3 m)
• Meets the US ADA accessible parking minimum: 2 accessible spots / 46 total spots
• Flattens the ground
• Lower cost and upkeep
• The lights are the Toll Lights which look more like parking lights

• Enable the "Prop Control 1.0" mod, it fixes some of the decals.
• Find It -> "standard" or "parking 5×4"
• Plop it next to a road
• Cars will park there if you use the "TMPE" mod with "Parking AI" turned on.

Upkeep = 5.60/week
Entertainment = 0
