Based on one of the towers of the premium-class residential complex "Sky View", located in Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow. This project is widely known for being built on the site of the legendary "Solovey" cinema center, the demolition of which in 2019 caused a significant public outcry.

The architectural ensemble of the complex includes four symmetrical 20-story towers. The exterior is complemented by noble copper-colored facades with large-scale panoramic glazing. The project was fully completed and commissioned in the third quarter of 2024 by the developer "SZ Kinocenter".
