Generous Tourism
Extra income from tourism.

It seems there are a lot of misconceptions about how tourists work, which may explain why so many of us complain "it doesn’t work" at Profitable Tourism.
We focus on how tourist money is converted into usable cash. Tourist money is shown in two separate places:
- The various budget breakdown categories, which (partly) contains income from tourist money
- The separate "tourism income" panel, which is just statistics and not real income component
The actual flows are slightly complicated, so just look at the attached diagram above.
This mod is very simple. There are three tourist-related income multipliers:
- Tourist spending at commercial zones
- (After Dark DLC) Tourist spending at Tourism Specialization zones
- (After Dark DLC) Taxi fares (for both tourists and citizens)
Note: you may stack e.g. Ticket Price Customizer with this mod. This may make taxis unbalanced, but you do you.
