Background
This is currently just a bug fix release of the Extra Landscaping Tools mod by Bloody Penguin. Since the release of the Race Day DLC, I consistently get exceptions thrown using that version so built this for myself. I have uploaded it here in case anyone finds it helpful.
I have named it revisited rather than bug fix in case I get around to updating the mod to use Harmony instead of Detours at some future date.
