This high school is based on a real building located in Olomouc, Czechia. The school was built in 1960s and features typical Central European (Czechoslovak) architecture of that time. The real-world institution has additional buildings such as cafeteria, gym and practice classrooms, but this asset only includes main 4-storey building which makes it ideal for plopping into the grid. The asset has quite a lot of props and trees from DLCs. I reccomend using BOB, the Tree and Prop Replacer mod to replace or remove them. The official name of real-world institution is Higher Vocational School and Secondary School of Electrical Engineering Olomouc (VOŠ a SPŠE Olomouc).

Tato střední škola je založena na skutečné budově nacházející se v Olomouci, ČR. Škola byla postavena v 60. letech 20. století a vyznačuje se typickou středoevropskou (československou) architekturou té doby. Reálná instituce má vedlejší budovy, jako je jídelna, tělocvična a učebny pro praxi, ale ve hře je pouze hlavní čtyřpatrová budova, což ji činí ideální pro umístění tam, kde je málo místa.
