アルトビル（Alto Building）是一栋位于日本仙台站西口附近的中小型商业楼，具有典型的日本地方都市站前建筑特征。建筑外观由密集的广告牌、玻璃橱窗、竖向招牌和多层租户空间组成，整体氛围接近仙台、东京副都心及日本地方核心车站周边常见的杂居商业楼。该建筑适合放置在车站前、商业街、办公区边缘或中高密度市中心地段，可作为日本风格城市街区中的填缝型商业建筑使用。
这是我的第二个工坊作品，这次使用了add材质制作夜景贴图，您需要订阅Visibility Control 才能使用该夜景贴图，依旧处于建造资产的练习阶段，如果您在使用该资产时遇到任何问题，可以在评论区反馈。您可以通过使用日本风格的广告牌对其进行进一步美化。

アルトビル（Alto Building）は、日本の仙台駅西口付近にある中小規模の商業ビルです。地方都市の駅前に見られる典型的な日本の商業ビルの特徴を持っています。外観は、密集した広告看板、ガラス張りの店舗、縦型看板、多層のテナント空間で構成されており、仙台や東京の副都心、日本各地の主要駅周辺でよく見られる雑居ビルに近い雰囲気を持っています。
駅前、商店街、オフィス街の周辺部、中高密度の都心部などに配置するのに適しており、日本風の都市街区における隙間埋め用の商業ビルとして使用できます。
これは私の2つ目のワークショップ作品です。今回はAdditive材質を使用して夜景用のライト表現を制作しました。この夜景効果を使用するには、Visibility Controlをサブスクライブする必要があります。まだアセット制作の練習段階の作品ですので、使用中に問題がありましたら、コメント欄でフィードバックしていただけると助かります。また、日本風の広告看板と組み合わせることで、さらに雰囲気を高めることができます。

Alto Building is a small to medium-sized commercial building located near the west exit of Sendai Station, Japan. It features the typical appearance of a station-front building commonly seen in Japanese regional cities. The exterior is composed of dense advertising signs, glass storefronts, vertical signboards, and multi-floor tenant spaces, giving it an atmosphere similar to mixed-use commercial buildings often found around Sendai, Tokyo subcenters, and major regional railway stations in Japan.
This building is suitable for placement near station plazas, shopping streets, the edges of office districts, or medium- to high-density downtown areas. It can be used as a Japanese-style gap-filling commercial building within urban blocks.
This is my second Workshop asset. This time, I used an additive material to create the night lighting texture. You need to subscribe to Visibility Control in order to use the night lighting effect. This asset is still part of my practice in creating assets, so if you encounter any issues while using it, please feel free to leave feedback in the comments section. You can also further enhance it by adding Japanese-style advertising signs.
