This is an ordinary mixed-use commercial and residential building in central Kure City, built during the Showa era. It is located in the city center, near JR Kure Station, and surrounded by various restaurants, hotels, and shops, representing a typical bustling urban area. Nearby are public and transportation facilities such as the Kure City Hall and Kure Central Pier Terminal.
