Finally with bearable textures.
2043 tris, Level 5, 4×4 high-density residential (there is a slight overlap of the lot due to the size of the building). Textures have been redone and now look okay at least (previously they were hideously blurred). The building also has been updated with night lights.
Based on a Hong Kong Housing Authority standardised public rental housing block type.
