JaYung’s Basic Underpass&Ramp
American style basic stack on/off ramp (do I need like 3 commas in this sentence?). Both highway directions dig underneath the above avenue, PASSing UNDERneath, hence the brilliant engineers thus named it: an "Underpass". Melvin Kerbin (retired Kerbal Space Engineer) was quoted to say it was his "best work yet". Editors from the TinyTown Bulletin seem to think however that maybe Mr. Kerbin’s memory is escaping his old age. Nonetheless this underpass-ramp is laterally space efficient, making it ideal for downtown residential connections without disrupting many existing apartment towers.
