Metro East Detention Center
This model has been sitting on my computer for a couple of months now, so I’ve finally decided to finish it.
Metro East is one of the three prisons located within the City of Toronto (this one specifically is in Scarborough). This is a large prison facility you can use for your cities. It has a capacity of 500 inmates (the default setting) and dispatches 5 Police Vans.
