A giant, monolithic, sci-fi power generator for your city of tomorrow. How does it work exactly? I’m not entirely positive, I’m no engineer, but I think it has something to do with geothermal energy. Stats are identical to the nuclear power plant.

This asset is based on a design by Mike Winkelmann (aka Beeple) that he created during round 9 of his "Everyday" project where he creates a new design every day. I saw this one and new I had to have it in my city. The last image in the gallery is Winkelmann’s original design featuring the monolith.
