Connecting Rd with Pedestrian Crossing
Connecting Road with a pedestrian crossing on it. Zone residential on the sides and connect the 4 way to a highway and it should help with traffic congestion. I like to leave the middle part unconnected to minimize intersections, plus it works well with the pedestrian crossings.
