"EZ" utilities and services for those looking for an easier time progressing and unlocking milestones/achievements without breaking the game.

This is simply a buffed Fire House:

Size: 3×3
2x fire trucks (from 6 to 12)
+25% more fire department radius (700 to 875)
Half cost and maintenance
Worker count same as default

Cost: 6000$
Maintenance: 200$/week
