"EZ" utilities and services for those looking for an easier time progressing and unlocking milestones/achievements without breaking the game.

This is simply a buffed Crematorium:

Smaller size: 2×3
3x range, hearse count, corpse burn speed, and corpse capacity.
Half cost and maintenance
Worker count same as default

Cost: 12500$
Maintenance: 90$/week
