Level 4 unique. Uses Oppression Office template, with some reasonably increased stats across the board (about 50% more workers, cost, energy usage, waste production etc.)
An attempt at an eclectic transition from brutalist, through nigh neo-brutalist and structural expressionism to futurist design loosely based on some respective real life archetypical buildings.
