IMPORTANT
For this interchange to work, you’ll need to have Network Extensions installed. You will probably need Fine Road Heights, Road Anarchy/Advanced Road Anarchy and the Sharp Junction Angles Mod as well, as they were used to build the interchange.
As the title says, this is a National Road Interchange, intended for use in rural areas, but if you upgrade the national road to a street, it works just fine in the city as well.
