What is sadder than Leonardo DiCaprio without an oscar ? Buildings without nightlights.
Here’s an update to an old building, this beauty was never updated but now it is.

Some stats…
This is a level 3 office building. It is 114 m tall.
The building has 2374 tris and 1024 textures
I also added a custom LOD (32 tris… yep… only 32) with its custom textures (256*256)
Oh… I also reduced it a tiny little bit, I thought it was a tad too massive.
