More Simulation Speed Options

This mod adds two faster simulation speeds (x6 and x9) after the vanilla ones (x1, x2, x4).
Left-click on the button to increase the current speed, right-click to decrease it.
Note: You can set the simulation speed to x99 (practically making it go as fast as your CPU can) by holding Left Control when clicking on the change speed button.
WARNING: This mod won’t make your game faster if your city is 15k+ in population or larger. The game throttles the speed of the simulation for large cities so you’re not going above x4 or even x2. This mod use most useful for small cities (when starting out on a new map) and
