A Marquee bulldozer tool. As usual use at your own risk. Choosing "Nodes" will remove roads, electricity, railroads, water pipes metro tunnels. Also it’s possible to remove buildings that cannot be removed normally. Roads will need multiple passes to remove all of them.
To bail out of bulldozing an area just right click. The area is limited as game sometimes does some funky things to terrain when bulldozing large enough area.
