(RICO COMPATIBLE)

Target is the second largest retail store in the United States, behind Wal-Mart. This model is based on the Target at 5959 Poplar in Memphis, TN, but similar design features and layouts can be found at most Targets. I tried to spend most of my time with this model in Photoshop on texturing. I’m sure 75-80% of the tri’s on this model come from the logo at the top, the 3 balls on the ground, and cut-out in the red wall, but I didn’t want to fool with custom props. I decided not to include an illumination texture because the red logos were too distracting during the day so I used some lights from
Modern Lighting pack:

It can be found under the low density commercial for RICO and under unique buildings, the same template as Mall of Moderation.
