Elstree Building – Unique and RICO Office
Greetings Skyliners !
Let me present you the Elstree Building. It’s a fictional building that I named after the village of Elstree in England, best known for the Elstree Film Studios, where many famous films and television series were made.
I tried to keep it as light as I could, so that most people could enjoy it while not killing their machines.
Facts :
The Building is a unique of Level 5. It costs 100000 to plop and 5000 per week. It provides a lot of work even as a unique.
I also made it RICO compatible. As a RICO it is an office building, providing 170 workplaces. It is also a bit less expensive to build.

The RICO mod IS NOT MANDATORY, but it is a very nice and useful addition to the game, so I recommend it.
Boring facts :
It is a 185m tall building standing on a 12×6 lot.
The main building is 1860 tris with 2048*1024 textures.
The custom LOD is 278 tris with 512* textures.
