Tree Park
In my city I have a large green area, which means I have quite a few trees in it.
As trees does not give you any real benefits other than creating forestry areas, I came up with ploppable tree "packages" in the form of parks. This will give you some happiness and a very small tourist attraction.
Plop them down and hear them dings!
