Boats Pack (Requires After Dark)
Each boat is an individual decorative building that can be found in Landcaping->Water Structures panel. This pack contains 5 boats:
– Yacht
– Houseboat
– Motorboard 1
– Motorboard 2
– Motorboard 3
These assets don’t provide their own meshes and just use boat props from After Dark DLC. In process of making these assets I never used any 3D suite (and I can’t use any!). Why those building wrappers around props are needed is because that’s the only way to make boats props float. Those boats actually float on water no matter what water level is and they bob on waves 🙂
Note, that building itself is on the sea floor. Only prop is floating on the water. Because of that those boats will disappear if you zoom close to them under a certain angle because technically building gets hidden from view. That’s how Unity works and there’s nothing I can do about it.

I recommend to use my Adaptive Prop Visibility Distance mod for these boats not to disappear on zooming out away.
