About the model
This is a another filler for my New York apartments collection. I made these, because there’s almost no 60m+ apartment buildings on the workshop. My lvl 4 high res collection is almost complete, so next up will be some corners and offices. This model has about 3963 tris and a 2048×512 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 107 tris with a 512×256 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map.
RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
About the building
This is based of a regular apartment building at West 96th street 41, close to central park. There’s not much history to it.
