Rocky Shore Swim Club
A swimming place for coasts with no sand. It looks realistic even on coasts that are too steep or bumpy for a traditional beach. No mods or custom things are required. The swim club has changing rooms, a café, a pool and a pier with stairs.

How to use: You should build the Swim Club next to a road that is 2 little tiles away from the waterline, and not too high above the water.
Known issue: the people do not enter the pier, probably because it is outside the asset’s area. There is no way to program them to actually go swimming.
