For Snow plows to be able to spawn on a non Winter Map, either a custom Snow plow (like DAF 75 CF Snow plow or ZiL-4333 Snowplow) is required.
Sub-Buildings Enabler is only required to place the asset.
Sub-Buildings Tabs can be used to see the stats of the Snow Plow Service.
