Tram Industrial Zoning Template /w no Highway
This Industrial Zoning Template with Highway is based on Fong.’s awesome assest.
-Ploppable template for easy zoning for industry.
-Contains Tram roads for connection with Residential zones.
-Highway & main roads are seperated to decrease road jams.
-Can place many of these side by side for larger industry areas.
-I have upgraded the outter highway roads to be larger as I found that after a couple of these templates put together there was always needed for the larger highway.
-Included the highway in intersections to make this a *place-and-use* template. Only need to attach it to existing highways.
-Have upgraded the main roads to be used with a Tram for the new Snowfall expansion.
