The Innercity Turbine connects 2 Highways while having a perfect symmetry. I`ve placed at the Edge of the Turbine some 2 Lane roads which can be used to buil a city. Tthe right turn lane remains near the Highway which gives you some extra space for your city.
No Mod is required to build this Intersection!
