Town Topic Hamburgers
Town Topic opened in downtown Kansas City toward the tail end of the Great Depression (1937). Many say a visit to this diner is a trip back in time. The recipe for their burgers remains unchanged from when it first opened it’s doors, though no longer for the original 5ยข price. It’s enduring presence in the heart of Kansas City, makes it a tiny yet beloved landmark.
