*Found in Unique Buildings, Level 5.
*5×8 lot.
*Costs $100,000 to build.
*Upkeep is $1,280 per week.

Model stats:

*Main Model: 9,999 tris with 1024×3072 textures.
*LOD model: 354 tris with 512×512 textures.
