Updated version of Water Pipe Upgrader 1.0.0 by "DontCryJustDie". Works fine with the 1.9.1-f3 update & Green Cities AddOn

– Upgrades all your water pipes to heating pipes (if you have the money).

– Extended Road Upgrade by Wiliz for the GetSegmentControlPoints method.[github.com]
