This is a variety of "props only" kind of lots for farms. Because how are we supposed to have wide open spaces for the deer and antelope to play if you have all these farm buildings in the way? I would highly suggest when using the Theme Management mod to set the spawn rate on these lots to 50 or better, due to how the game likes to pretend they don’t exist.
