This design provides the least congestion of any of my Free Flow designs. To save on initial cost and to prevent some slope issues this one doesn’t include the paths, but it is designed so that you can link the whole thing with walking paths that go over the roads. Take note of the central square, which is designed as the perfect spot for a metro station and is the real key to this design’s success.
This version is for those playing without unlimited money. Build this first and then upgrade the dirt roads and add Free Flow Grid IV D2 to complete it! Don’t forget to make sure that you use highways for the roundabouts!
