Description:

Are you bored with the default "High-Level Table Set" type prop?
This is not mere decoration prop, This actually works.

– White Table set (prop)
– Sitting feature ,4 seat.
– People can sit down this, When this prop is used in other Assets. (Asset editor)
…… Even if you put this with ‘More Beautification’ mod in-game, People will not sit on this.
– Disable snow (Winter map).
