City Terminus Building.
I have recreated my original station to take advantage of the "rotor shader" which allows semi transparency
Credit to Ronyx69 who discovered it. This building will plop nicely against my City Terminus Platform for which it was intended but of coarse you can use it as you like. No mods are required but I recommend prop and tree anarchy which allows you to place props within the asset footprint. There are one or two differences to the original but it will fit in as a direct replacement.
