This is a typical hazard triangle (Warndreieck in german). This prop was specially made because of a request by a friend: you will find it in Loenneberger’s Lönnebay videos on his beautiful Lönnebay map. The red reflector parts are slightly illuminated, to give it a better look. Also, some parts are speculated.
It’s a prop, so to find it in game, you need the more beautification mod!
