Drosovilas Advanced Watertower
A watertower, constructed by the architect Alvar Aalto in Otaniemi Finnland, made into an asset by Alvar aka Drosovila.

Doesn’t require electricity.
Employs 20 workers because theres a water research laboratory in it’s base (becasue it’s part of the technical university of otaniemen).
