Double Roundabout Intersection
Simple but effective for moderately busy parts. It might get clogged if there is a dramatic increase in traffic, but it should handle most situations.
Remember that you can upgrade roads, so if you feel like that the one-lane roundabout is not wide enough, be my guest, tinkering is what this game is about. 🙂
For best result, might want to mess with the lanes and speed restrictions in Traffic++.

– Replaced the wider bridge connector between the roundabouts with a simple 2-lane road. No point in having more since they never used the middle lanes anyway.
– Lengthened the on-off ramps for the highway. Should allow better placement, not to mention it will look better than those stubby old ones.
– Made the roundabouts bigger. This should allow the traffic to move a bit more freely, preventing clogging caused by too many cars trying to go at once.
– Also removed the trees. Just aesthetics, I’m sure you guys can make a better job of decorating it than me. 🙂

– Removed the on-off ramps connecting to the road network, so you are free to chose whichever road type to use for it.
