The Red Cross is an internationally known organization which provides emergency response, disaster relief, and educational services. The American branch is known as the American Red Cross. They respond to natural disasters and conduct blood donation drives to support disaster victims. Let your Cims have the same charitable services after their disaster.
As an official sponsor of the American Red Cross, Mazda donates a variety of their vehicles to the organization. One of the vehicles is the CX-5. A compact brother to the larger CX-7, it boasts the sporty attitutde that its bigger brother lacks. However, its use is limited outside of the US.
Disaster relief vehicles can now be selected via Service Vehicle Manager. Be sure to not use both this and Service Vehicle Selector (incompatible with helicopters and disaster units) at the same time.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

Stats are the same as the default disaster response vehicle. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs.
Based off CityofTokyo’s civilian Mazda CX5 vehicle As with many other SUVS in my International Red Cross Set, I did not change the dimension of the vehicle. I edited the mapping, improved the spectral and illumination and made minor changes to the textures (taillights, headlights especially).
