These buildings are a bit different from normal buildings because there is a top and a bottom to a specific building of your choosing. Having these parts seperated means mixed zoning is possible. Placing is done using an anarchy mod of your liking* this is because I wanted full road snapping capabilaties for the buildings mixed zoning is made possible by the Ploppable RICO mod linked as Required for this asset.
