Whirlwind Urban Highway Access
Building highway access-points for your city that are not jammed all the time is a practically a piece of art in Cities:Skylines. As of my experience, roundabout access-points work the best for most roads. Though I’ve always had the problem with vehicles blocking the entrances to the roundabout. With this access-point, this problem should belong to the past.

Advantages:
– Just little amounts of weaving
– Mostly smooth elevation changes
– All lanes are upgradeable (though you will need Fine Road Anarchy for the through-highway)
– Slope-tolerant
Disadvantages:
– Comparably large footprint
– Is expansive
