The Model is availalbe for free on various websites, e.g. here[downloadfree3d.com]. I got it from CG Trader a while back but it’s not there anymore.
I edited mesh and textures of the model, added additional texture maps and converted it to Cities: Skylines.
In it’s original state the model was pretty much messed up so please don’t expect too much.

v1.3: major editing of mesh and textures: lower tri count, smaller texture size. Class changed. Props added.
v1.2: replaced the mesh of the wheels by another free one and replaced the model of the barrel with a one that has a lot less tris.
v1.1: changed class from residential to industrial
