The small avenue with parking is similar to Network Extensions’ small road with median but with parking spaces. This is a pack of 2 median variants – concrete and grass. They are textured to blend in seamlessly with vanilla roads.
Features
- Ground level only – use vanilla roads or Network Extensions roads for elevated, bridge, slope and tunnel.
- 5 MB custom model and textures for each variant – no dependencies required
- RHD and LHD supported
- 16m (2 tiles) wide right-of-way – 2.25m pavement, 2m parking lane, 3m vehicle lane, 1.5m median
- Speed limit 40 km/h
- Concrete median costs $50/cell, upkeep $0.40/cell
- Grass median costs $60/cell, upkeep $0.48/cell
- Found under small roads, look for two-lane avenue with grass or concrete median but no sidewalks icon (Network Extensions’ small road with median icon has sidewalks)
- Textured to blend in seamlessly with vanilla roads – grass median uses map theme texture
- Bus stop support (sign only, no bus bay)
- Avenue street lights

- change trees
