Cruiseferry Silja Europa
Silja Europa as a ploppable quayside asset.
Silja Europa is one of the largest cruiseferries in the world. Currently the ship sails between Helsinki and Tallinn, carrying both passengers and cars across the Gulf of Finland. Earlier routes include Helsinki–Stockholm and Turku–Stockholm. The ship has capacity for 3 000 passengers and 400 vehicles (930 lane meters). The ship was launched in 1993.
Silja Europa (this asset): building with landmark functions, placed on shoreline/quay.
Ship only: building without any function for decorative purposes.
Ship only, car deck: same as above but with lowered rear ramps.
Vehicle version, cruise ship: a functioning cruise ferry (but a bit smaller though).
Vehicle version, cargo ship: a functioning cargo ship.
This asset can be found at Public Transport menu under Ships tab. The asset needs to be placed on shore. The asset provides entertainment for your citizens.
Total triangle count for the model is 5228 and 754 for the LOD. The main asset is just a life ring rack, while the ship itself is a sub building.
Depending on what height your shoreline or quay is the ship might be submerged or hovering over water. You might want to use Move It! to adjust the height.
Screenshots have been taken with Daylight classic on. The asphalt is painted with Surface Painter. VIVID LUT is used. Map theme is Realistic Boreal.
