UK Georgian Terrace of 6 (RICO) by pauljchris

Conversion of my CitiesXL model now enhanced and adapted for Cities Skylines.

Originally a 5 x 5 model, I reduced the rear garden length by 10m to make it more compatable with growable 4×4 assets but has to be a RICO only model to preserve the correct scale. Useful to add to existing custom assets for a UK building theme. Combines well with other similar growable assets and the other 3 models in this series available here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1290549106.

A number props were used for the back gardens and garden furniture. See list to the right. The asset will load without these. These are mainly the same assets used in MacWelshmans popular UK housing packs, so if you have these then you will already have the required props.

If RICO is not enabled , this asset will load as a L2 monument without any functionality
