Description:

This "park" is a plaza located in front of the world famous "Flatiron Building" in New York City. This object belongs to the "Plaza Version" of the Flatiron Building available in my workshop.

It is absolutely okay for me, when you use this plaza in any other way in your city. If you can fit it into your road system, you can use it as just a nice looking plaza. But the layout was optimized by me to connect to the Flatiron Building; so: Use at your own risk 😉
